I suggest that balance is the primary goal to enlightenment and describe not only why we should but also how we can refocus our meditations for the best results. Emphasis is placed on where to look for balance and the limitations we are faced with when we do. I attempt to reach the core concepts of meditation quickly and lucidly and offer the reader an alternate way of refocusing their meditations and explain the underlying reasons behind the method I use. I describe this as Equipoise Sensory Perception, which I contend is the correct way to refocus ones meditation in order to remain centered on consciousness and the Absolute.
