For what it is, it's a gimmicky product, the flashlight is reasonably bright and nicely focused with a good throw, the blade is functional and has the nifty feature of being removable. My only criticism is two things, firstly the rubber cover that protects the USB charging ports really could have been made to be a bit of a tighter fit, it pops off with little effort making be believe that if you are carrying it in rain or in an emergency and you accidentally bump it it will pop off and your flashlight will fill with water probably rendering it unusable. Second criticism is that the blade is not actually stainless steel as the magnet test clearly shows, its a blend of stainless smd cheaper mild steel which makes me believe thay using it outside it will ultimately rust so this is a misrepresentation on the manufacturers side. What it does excel at is being a handy protection device especially at night when you hear a noise on your house you have an all in one device to protect you.
