Papers on Presidential Disability and the Twenty-Fifth Amendment describes the formation, efforts, and conclusions of the Miller Center Commission on Presidential Disability and the Twenty-Fifth Amendment-the fourth national commission organized by the Center that advances the ideas on the national improvement of the presidency.
