This entirely gratuitous little book is an explanation of sanity for those who need it and an excuse for sanity for those trying to avoid issues. It's invaluable as a gift, alternative to sex and as something to give people who've read R. D. Laing's Knots. Also contains a healthy recommendation to read other books if you don't understand the foreword/forewarning. Not to be taken internally, whatever the provocation.
