Terry Pratchett's Dodger is not nearly as funny as any of the Discworld novels. This is a traditional, rags-to-riches story, also a romance with the prerequisite Happily-Ever-After, with a slow going simple plot that picks up pace half-way, but is nonetheless fairly entertaining, with wonderfully rich characters.
