This research analyses the homosexual relations in the Indian context which was kept successfully under cover till 2009. The research attempts to describe and explain various aspects of Homosexuality including the evolution, the reasons, the societal attitude - reactions towards such relations and changes in societal perception regarding Homosexuality post 2005. The author also draws insight from the countries where homosexual marriages are legalized and also highlights their outcome on account of legalizing Homosexual relations. At the end taking fair and strong arguments both in favour and against the debatable issue has been concluded whether to legalise homosexual marriages in India based on empirical and theoretical facts and evidences.
