Swedish and Finnish Historiographies of the Swedish Realm, c. 1520–1809 - Shared Past, Different Interpretations?

Historians of Finnish and Swedish history up until now have largely viewed the historiography of these countries separately, and have failed to see the countries as the united realm it once was in the early modern era. This book is therefore unique in its content, and offers key analysis and insight into the shared historiography of Finland and Sweden, and provides a new way of studying and understanding Nordic History.
