It is inculcated in such texts as these?texts which are often sadly overlooked or disobeyed, but involving rules and principles which true piety must needs enforce on the human conscience, which God's converting and sanctifying grace has led many to observe in the conduct of their lives, and which, by the outpouring of his Holy Spirit, will yet be far more generally and far more effectually learned?"
