Wonderful book! The recipes contain an innovation that one will appreciate after many years. I am very excited to make the recipes in this book because they look delicious and are rich in so many benefits, the pictures of the recipes look so great, I recommend this book to anyone looking for delicious homemade food that is comforting and full of benefits.

Super fast, simple, and (most important) delicious recipes! I bought a second one as a gift for my brother who's always on the go but prefers a healthy diet. He loves it!

The recipes are simple to prepare and you can storage them easily. The shopping list had helped me a lot by saving me a lot of time. I’ve only eaten from the recipes in this cookbook and have lost 14lb of fats in ONE MONTH without neither feeling hungry nor eating UNTASTY FOOD

Having been in Keto for the last 10 months and This cookbook has been a game-changer! It is full of recipes I can make using many of the ingredients I already have on hand also It has a bunch of sample meal plans that are so delicious and easy to make and really takes the think work out of figuring out what to eat

I really can’t imagine the amount of time and experimentation that it took the author to put together a great assortment of meals like the ones in this cookbook!, because no one else has really done it and this book is a first of sorts (you can find other books but it won’t be as good as this one). Each meal is gourmet.
