 it was so nice to see a vegetarian keto cookbook for once! The universe finally answered! Vegetarians not following the keto diet would also be impressed as the recipes are really tasty and not too complicated to make. This book gives us some really incredible options to have for every meal, from breakfast to dessert. Beautiful color pictures take you through the recipe and how it should look as a finished product. I've been waiting for a book like this for a while, and I'm so happy that we vegetarians have it in our options now!

This cookbook is great for anyone who can't do anything in the kitchen, doesn't have the time to, or is just getting into vegan cooking. The idea of this book is that the recipes are quick and easy that anyone can make, with ingredients you can easily find at the store if they aren't already in your kitchen!

We're new to vegetarian eating and many magazines and cookbooks didn't seem to have a lot that we would like. I started putting bookmarks in the pages of recipes we wanted to try and the end of the book looks like a broom, there are so many strips of paper hanging out. We've already tried several recipes that were SO TASTY and looking forward to trying more.

I was interested in starting a Ketogenic diet but I can’t eat dairy, so I shelved the idea.....until I found this book. There are a huge collection of recipes that are pretty easy to prepare. It is more than a cookbook with beautiful pictures. it explains the diet, tips and kitchen appliances that are helpful.

I'm usually seeking out new thoughts and ways to improve my weight loss program. This cookbook has a very quality selection of recipes, prepared with the aid of meal/type, with nutritional analysis, prep timing. My largest trouble with this e-book is that I cannot decide what to make first

As for someone who is trying to find GOOD quality resources for both plant-based and Keto diet this book is just what I needed! The writer did an amazing job of balancing between DELICIOUS recipes and very helpful educational information. Highly recommend this book if you want to get educated and actually enjoy eating healthy food without getting bored.

Beyond happy with this book!! Its got a wide range of easy to follow recipes, it is so beautifully designed and includes photographs of all the dishes. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for some cooking inspiration and delicious plant-based recipes!

Absolutely beautiful cookbook, and really makes you excited to delve in and try out the recipes. Recipes are wholesome uncomplicated and scrumptious.
