This cookbook was more informative than I thought it was going to be, not only did it go into the Ketogenic diet but it also touched upon being a Vegetarian. It was well thought out and so easy to understand. Loved the recipes I tried so far I’ve been on a Vegetarian Keto diet for over a year now and was looking for some new recipes to re-ignite my enthusiasm. Every single one of these recipes look amazing! The authors really present the Vegetarian Keto Plan in a simple, easy to follow format. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to try the Ketogenic diet and it doesn't matter if you're vegetarian or not.

This book has all the information you need to go keto while still honoring your vegetarian lifestyle! The pictures are gorgeous and the recipes are pretty simple to make and well the taste is another whole story I’ve never imagined that I can eat a Keto meal as delicious as this one WoW!

I’m someone who wanted to try being in a vegan diet but at the same time I couldn’t stop consuming some animal products such as eggs and dairy . So according to that I’ve been searching and looking for a cookbook in which the recipes are vegan but contain some animal products. Until now I’ve tried a few recipes and they taste good and not hard to make.

I am loving this cookbook!! It’s so nice finding a book with so many simple recipes. These recipes are tasty and truly have healthful ingredients. They can become a regular part of our diet with some even working for breakfast.

I am SOO glad I took a chance on this book. I've only made three things so far, but I'm looking forward to trying out the lot of them! The recipes are simple to follow, delicious , and healthy . A great investment!
