Katy Manning returns to the much-loved role of Josephine "Jo" Grant from the much loved 1970s Jon Pertwee Third Doctor era of television Doctor Who, teaming up with actor Tim Treloar who voices the Doctor. 4.1 The Rise of the New Humans by Guy Adams. When a man dies by falling from the top floor of a multi-storey car park, the Doctor and Jo wonder why it should be of interest to UNIT. Then they see the protuberances on the man’s back... Director Nicholas Briggs is one of the Big Finish executive producers, and is also well known for his role on TV's Doctor Who voicing the Daleks and other monsters.
