"Waggin' Tales" is a cooperative effort between Amy Rowen and her nine-year old niece, Tyla Marie Rowen.

Amy had the all-American childhood, and the consistency of dogs in her family prevails in her memories. Tyla Marie Rowen is carrying on the family tradition in appreciation and affection for dogs.
