Keeping all the advantages associated with microbial enymes, in this study Cellulase production have been carried out using the fungal strain of Trichoderma reesei by using three different lignocellulosic biomass under solid state fermentation (SSF)conditions. The effect of different basic fermentation parameters on enzyme production were studied. Cellulase obtained, find applications in biofuels productions and bioremediations.
